A song i like

I love this song because for me it's a inspiration about a lot of things: freedom, corage, know yourself, etc...

Also the video have a interesting message if it's interpretise not literally.

This song makes me think that we have to stop sometimes and push the rutine away, and be who we are without afraid of what others will think about us, assumes risks.

The videoclip shows a man which is following the society as usual of all the people in those days. But in the middle of the way to his job, he becomes tormented with animals, wich i interpret as the fellings and the wish to be free, of be yourself. The routine, let that felling asleep in the deeper of the man, and made he a prisioner of what the society need and not what he is in the reality, in his heart. That's why the song says: Owner of a lonely heart (lonely but faithful with who you are) much better of a owner of a broken heart ( broken because you're not being who you really want to be in your heart)

Something about the band:
Yes! are an English progressive rock band, was formed in 1968 with Jon Anderson as vocalist.
                                   Jon aderson in 1973

They have 21 studio albums.

In 1983 their sales peaked across the decade with 90125 (the eleventh album), wich spawned the US number one single "Owner of a Lonely Heart".

Finally in the end of the video we can see that all was a premonition of what will happend if he follow the society as a robot, so he turn back and walk against the flow of the people.

For me it's a metaphor wich means that we have to think on our own, not just following what is said to us.

The song is deeper that how it's seems.
